Mrs. Levy started her career in education in 2012 as a Teach for America corps member in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A native New Yorker, she joined SA Harlem 4 in 2014, where she taught multiple grade levels for three years and earned an Excellence Award. In 2017, she became a founding first and second grade teacher at SA Hudson Yards. After a brief stint as assistant principal at Union Square, she moved on to become principal at SA South Jamaica in 2020. Mrs. Levy holds a bachelor’s in elementary education from SUNY Oswego, as well as master’s degrees in special education from Touro College and in school building leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. She enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her family and friends.
