Ms. Raafat joined SA Harlem North Central as a science associate teacher in 2015, and has served as a lead teacher, grade team lead, assistant principal, and acting senior leader of SA Lafayette Middle School. She received a bachelor’s degree from CUNY Brooklyn and a master’s degree in special education from CUNY Hunter. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
