Ms. Hegge joined SA Bensonhurst as a fourth grade associate teacher in 2019 where she also served as lead fourth grade teacher and assistant principal. Ms. Hegge now serves as the principal of SA Bensonhurst. She has a bachelor’s degree in youth studies from CUNY Brooklyn and a master’s degree in youth studies from CUNY Graduate Center. She is a native New Yorker who enjoys cooking, playing softball, and spending time with her family and friends.
